Hitachi LCD Projectors, D1 Series, (CP-X8160J, CP-WX8255J, CP-WU8450J) have been awarded the iF Product Design Award 2013.

Since the launch of iF Product Design Award in 1953, the award has become a benchmark for outstanding design. An iF Product Design Award is a symbol of a product’s superior quality and design excellence.

Hitachi LCD Projectors, D1 Series, ( CP-X8160J, CP-WX8255J, CP-WU8450J) were awarded the "Good Design Award 2012" in Japan.

"Good Design Award" is a Japanese comprehensive design evaluation and commendation system, operated by Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization (JIDPO). This system has its origins in the "Good Design Selection System" (known as the "G-Mark System") instituted by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan in 1957.
