Hitachi establishes Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar

Yangon, April 6, 2016 – Hitachi Home Electronics Asia (S) Pte. Ltd. today announced that it has established Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar Co., Ltd. in the city of Yangon. Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar Co., Ltd. commences operations on the 1st April 2016

Home to a population of about 54million, Myanmar’s consumer electronics industry plays an imperative and momentous role in the development of the country as it has grown substantially and strongly over the past few years.

“Part of the expansion plan is to strengthen our consumer electronics presence in the Indochina market. Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar Co., Ltd. is the second company after Vietnam to be established and 100% fully owned by Hitachi Home Electronics Asia (S) Pte. Ltd,” said Mr. Hiroki Nakano, Managing Director of Hitachi Home Electronics Asia (S) Pte. Ltd. and Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar Co., Ltd.

Hitachi Home Electronics Myanmar Co., Ltd. will continue to work alongside with its partners to garner high market share in the home consumer business segment.

Hitachi Home Electronics Asia (S) Pte. Ltd. will continue to explore potential business opportunities in the Indochina market with further expansion plans

Hitachi introduced new innovative projectors at Infocomm China 2016

Singapore, 1^st April 2016 – Hitachi will be participating in Infocomm China 2016 held in Beijing, China National Convention Centre. From the 13th to 15th April 2016, Hitachi at booth EH1-01 will hold a series of simulations with different concepts and themes to address all user categories from Education to the Professional Audio Visual Industry.
